Tips and Tricks on setting your cells under flow in the lab: Cell cultures under flow can mimic a variety of physiological conditions such as blood vessels, endothelial cells under flow, rolling and adhesion assays, transmigration, perfusion of cells, or just provide spheroids, and organoids with optimal nutrition. In this workshop we focus on how to plan an experiment under flow and some useful tips and tricks you can use while putting together your own setup.
