Notifications of abstract acceptance as oral or poster presentation were sent to the presenting authors on 05 July 2024.

Please adhere to the following presentation guidelines:
ORAL PRESENTATION GUIDELINES
- It is particular interest of the meeting to foster interaction between different fields of physiology. Accordingly, the introduction and conclusion of oral presentations should be of sufficient clarity for a non-specialist audience.
- The duration of oral talks is supposed to be 12 min plus 3 min for questions and discussion. We kindly ask you to keep strictly to this time limit.
- The required technical equipment will be provided for presentations in each session room. Please use Microsoft Power Point 97-2019 (*.ppt / *.pptx); OpenOffice / LibreOffice 1.0-7.0 or Adobe PDF to guarantee your presentation will open successfully on an onsite PC. If you use MS PowerPoint, we recommend that you save your PowerPoint presentation using pptx-format and not .pps/ppsx.
- The presentation format is 16:9.
- Please bring your PowerPoint Presentation on a Memory Stick and submit it in the media check room about 1,5/2 hours in advance of your presentation, at th latest, or the day before.
- Please note that a presentation from your own laptop is NOT possible!
- You will easily find your presentation at the lectern installed laptop in your session room.
POSTER PRESENTATION GUIDELINES
- It is of particular interest at the meeting to foster interaction between different fields of physiology. Accordingly, posters should contain an introduction and conclusion of sufficient clarity for non-specialist attendees.
- The poster must be in DIN A0, upright format. It should not exceed the following dimensions: 84,1cm width and 118,9cm height
- Please only mount your poster on the corresponding wall which shows your poster number. Poster fixing material will be provided and distributed in the poster area on-site.
- The posters should be mounted and removed on the day of the presentation (see time schedule below). If the posters are not taken down by the presenting authors in time, they will be removed and disposed by the organizers and the main author will be charged a disposal fee of 25,00 EUR.
- There will be no guided poster tour but presenting authors are kindly requested to be present at their posters during the poster viewing session (see above) for discussions.
- One poster prize per poster session will be awarded. A member of the Poster Prize Committee will inspect your poster and ask questions during the poster viewing session.
- The Poster Prize Ceremony will take place on Saturday, 21 September 2024, from 11:15 to 11:25.

Publication of Abstracts
Abstracts will be available for download in the online program as well as PDF file.
Please also note: Only accepted abstracts from registered participants who have paid the registration fees in full will be included in the online PDF file.
You also have the option to disagree to the publication of your contribution (in the online program and the PDF file) during the abstract submission. In that case, only the title and author(s) details will be published with a note on the publication restrictions of the content.
